If you are interested in joining or about learning more information, please call for a complimentary interview so that we can ensure that the practice is a good fit for you.

THE MEMBERSHIP FEE

The annual membership fee is $4500 payable in full, quarterly, or monthly after an initial three - month payment. 

WE ACCEPT YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE

Laurencin Personal Physicians bills health plans from most insurance carriers including Medicare for visits, vaccinations and other clinical services. We cannot accept HMO health insurance plans, including Medicare Advantage.
